Kia ora! This second hand store is so overpriced! Clothing is priced from about $12 - $50 (even clothing with stains or well-worn items) and their kitchen niknaks are priced around $10 - $20. Previous reviews point this out too, but I didn't get good vibes from the staff either. I left feeling disappointed :( I've gone in maybe half a dozen times hoping for a better result but it's just not a decent second hand shop.p.s The SPCA Opshop around the corner is much better, super friendly staff and so much cheaper. If you can't afford something but really need it they are happy to help you out :) also, the Salvation Army shop down the road; it's a lot bigger than The SPCA Opshop, more fairly priced than Vinnies, and has friendly relaxed staff.

One of my favourite secret second hand places to shop and find bargains. You never know what you'll find when you visit. Parking on the street nearby is free too.

Items are overpriced for a second hand shop. You can buy new shirts from a Kmart for cheaper. They should be affordable for the poor.

The items are incredibly overpriced for a charity shop especially compared to the other op shops in the area the SPCA and the Salvation Army. This is made even more ridiculous when you consider that the items have been donated for FREE so anything which is sold will always be a gain. The turnover is very low so I've personally stopped going because I know I will only see the same overpriced items which were there the last time I went.

Nice staff, very overpriced items which is sad to see. LEVI’s we’re $40, jackets and coats pushing $50+. Seems the current state of pricing is missing the whole point..

I couldn't find any clothing price from $12 up. I found the clothing clean and reasonable price. Starting from $5 up $15. They also have designers clothing which is reasonable again as it is a big saving from what would be in shops over $900. And the comment made below is not true. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Sorry to hear that the lady didn't say thank you when I gave the goods. She was on the phone when I came and was quite rude.Couldn't believe it.☹️

I visited this store yesterday, and was disgusted with the way one of the supervisors was treating a volunteer. It made the visit unpleasant, and I am unlikely to return given how volunteers were treated.

I call regularly every week, Diane and her staff are friendly and approachable and show respect to everyone; they look after the stock and they give helpful advice to me when I need it, they put themselves out for their customers. We are lucky Diane and the shop is here.
