Awesome service, efficient and super friendly.

Very friendly staff. First time I went it felt like I was visiting friends and have had the same experience everytime. So nice to go to a business with great customer service.

I've finally given up with these guys today... I take a fair few cars for WOFs here and service has got worse and worse so much to the point of it being a safety issue. The line for WOFs was so big that today it was out onto the road where traffic had to cross the centre line to avoid it. Not a good look. That's not the worst part however... I found safe area to park the car and walked in to pay etc. I was then asked Do I have a mask" of which I replied "No but I have an exemption" so I opened my phone to find it but as I looked up the other VTNZ worker was wearing his mask under his chin behind the receptionist who'd just asked me about my mask... ridiculous. If you're going to inforce mandates atleast follow them yourselves. Ended up just walking out and taking the car elsewhere. Won't be taking other cars here that's for sure. I'm done."

The staff are awesome, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

We couldn't, for the life of us, work out why we got failed on our brakes as they were new .. so we took it to another warrant outfit for a second opinion. They were just as perplexed as us and couldn't fault them. He called the gentleman a bad day kinda guy" .... I wholeheartedly agree. Thanks for taking our $72 VTNZ ... you obviously need it more than we do."

Very good service though its expensive but if your in a hurry its the place to go

That they are a completely incompetent service center who take your money but don't do they paperwork leaving other brunches to clean up their mess and tell you lies about their action

Thorough inspection made for a warranty. Some people may want a gloss over for their WOF, I'd prefer to be sure of a safe vehicle. VTNZ Greymouth will give you that peace of mind.

Yesterday i had my driving test. Testing officer JOE conducted , He is Very Professional and friendly ..I was nervous before started the test. but after Joe talk to me i was very relax and claim .did my test very well.highly recommended
