I was suffering with a toothache and chose the Warkworth Dental Practice in the hope they could help. I wasn't with any dental practice so needed them to step up.They did big time. Booked me in quick smart and I was with a dentist reviewing my issue. Later some day I was back for an extraction.Perfect professional service. Everyone was very kind and got me through my toothache without an issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Many thanks.

I had an ache but couldn't find the tooth. The dentist couldn't either but went ahead and charged me full fare. That was not fair. Went to another practice and in 2 minutes had the problem identified. I stopped going to Warkworth Dental.

Only go if you can see Merv, all the other dentists (I've seen three) have made mistakes such as filling in teeth that didn't need fillings and letting me go months with a tooth infection despite pus pouring into my mouth from the root. They're also likely to change the time of your appointment with 20 minutes notice

The 5 stars is for the dentist, assistant and front receptionist. They were great and genuinely seem to care.However when booking Cat (woman in the back office I assume) made a mistake and booked me in for the wrong day and only for a consultation when we agreed for a full procedure. This was a big problem as my tooth was in absolute agony and I made this very clear over the phone and stated I needed an appointment as early as possible.So when booking, and its an emergency like my case was, be absolutely certain that you have the correct date and time agreed.

They have forgotten what a dental plan is ( never offered by any dentist I saw). They are judgmental if you have bad teeth. Do not I repeat do not use the denture so called specialist he does not listen to any concerns and will give false information to get the business.
