Tried to be a nice guy and not call due to our recycling bin being missed not once but twice in a row even though we got the bins out the night before and then we got a tag to state our bin was overflown by 1 juice carton so they would not collect it. When I had called to say this, the response was nothing we can do about it, it was my fault to begin with because I didn't log a complaint for the first 2 times.Lesson learnt, be a horrible person and call to complain every time because they won't do a thing about it even though I have paid for this service.

These guys should get an award for providing the worst customer service, first of all you have to wait for a minimum of 15 minutes before your phone is answered.I have called these guys 4 times now to find out why suddenly they are drawing more money for my rates and I yet have to hear from the accounts team, apparently they are the only ones who can answer my query but seems like they are untouchable and can do what ever they like.Pathetic is the only word to describe Auckland City Council.

Disgraceful when council staff park in the disabled parks when they visit Mangere Bridge Library. Too lazy to walk an extra 5 meters...no wonder we have little respect for them.

Excellent service thank you. A very helpful gentleman named Sean assisted me with lodging some documents. He was efficient, friendly and helpful. I was most impressed.
