Our Concept 2 arrived at the time indicted. Rower was very well packaged, this is our second concept 2, the first was 20 years ago and in that time we have only replaced the handle (dog thought it was his!). Great service and great machines, don't get drawn in by imitation rowers!

The rower is great. Very easy to put together, top build quality (it's built for commercial gyms after all). It's the best fitness investment I have ever made. The shopping and delivery experience was great too. Highly recommended!

Great experience, completely hassle free!I reached out by email to ErgFit, they responded in a timely fashion, kept me posted on expected delivery time of product to them and sent a link to lock in the deal and secure a machine. They updated me on a slight delay and the new date of delivery and the machine arrived in perfect condition. All good, no complaints!
