Safety At Sea - Mount Albert

I asked to service my life raft and my 2 life jackets, the dealer quoted me a price range between 500 and 700NZD for the raft and 30NZD per jacket.Once the work was complete and everything was ready to pick up, the invoice was completely over the quoted price.1000NZD for the raft and about 75NZD per jacket.I was so frustrated and disappointed when the dealer had no explanation for me. He just lost his patience and got very angry.He gave me 2 options:-leave without paying and I lose my safety gear OR-pay.Is it so difficult to estimate the price for servicing a raft 4 persons ? The lift raft log book lists the gear inside the raft so I believe that it is not so difficult to give a fair estimation !The dealer mislead me in order to make the sale quickly.The dealer lost his patience and become violent with some physical threats. I have never experienced this before, it was unreal.He admitted that he was annoyed that so many clients don't want to pay when they pick their gear ...It is my worst experience ever.

Ordered a Suzuki outboard and was given delivery ETA of 3 weeks. Waited over 2 months for my motor and still nothing. Would not recommend to anyone.
