Was absolutely disgusted. Security accuses me of being caught stealing when I didn't even after cctv footage could not prove that I did or didn't. Have been trespassed for a year. Security guard was very rude. The only saving grace was the somewhat understanding manager. Would not recommend anyone ever shop here.

Used click and collect to save time and ended up being a hassle. Photo frames were the wrong size, the frame has a massive crack and it took them forever to go collect the package. If you’re going to do click and collect at least do it properly. It’s supposed to save time and waste it

Great place to get s bargain. Lots of space in the carpark and quiet to browse(if you go at off peak hours).They have something for the whole family.Clothes for everyone which fashion accessories,Furniture and appliances,Sports and toys,Outdoor and gardern,Home and living items,Electronic, gaming and TV,Books and stationery,Party sbd crafts,And lately they have many groceries at a big bargain.I would recommend for everyone who like a good bargain to go there.

Just today. Very rude security guard, very racist. Accusing my partner of stealing a pack of bar soap which she insisted it was placed on my partner's pocket. How is he able to steal something that would be very obvious inside a pocket knowing it would bulge. Why would he steal something cheap at $4 and would be very obvious inside a pocket when we can just steal something pricey and not obvious which we paid in the checkout, how ironic! She even called another security to check the cctv with her and the other security just smiled obviously it had'nt prove anything and just left. The approach was even sarcastic and so racist, you can't just accuse right there and then, she only settled a bit when i insist her to frisk my partner because I was really annoyed she keeps insisting my partner put something in his pocket, disgusting! I know frisking is against their rules, but I was very triggered with her demeanor. If it weren't for me voicing out, she would have been more racist! Our first bad experience for the last 10 years in NZ. To make it more worst, we had our infant with us.

Been there to take some photocopies,but the facility wasn't there in the stationary, like the other warehouses I have visited.Disappointed.

I have shopped here many times because it is next to other shops that I use frequently like Mitre10, Briscoes and the shops in The Hub. Almost every time it has been a negative experience. When I shopped there in person, I asked the young guy politely where a product was that was listed as 'in stock' on their website. His response was just figure it out" and he walked off saying he's only paid to stock shelves. I tried shopping online to avoid shopping in store

i came in around the end of may, i went up to someone he had big curly hair, he didn’t know where or what the product was that i was talking about even tho i found it soon after not far from the space he was working in, he was no help at all! he didn’t even take me to someone or ask someone who did know what they were doing. won’t be going back. good service at the checkout tho.

Ordered online and the order was incorrect. A customer service representative emailed me and offered to send through the product that had been missed. Only problem was i dont go to this store often so it sat there for a bit. A guy rang me and was really rude. He spoke over me. I ended up telling them to refund me which they could have just done in the first place. Or they could have posted it out considering it was their stuff up and I had already driven into the store to collect my order.
