Always a great experience shopping with Cycle O for all your bike needs. MTB, Road, BMX, DJ etc. A proactive and knowledgeable team who care about the customers needs and situation. They listen and work out the best outcome to any issues I've had.There is a reason I've been using them as my local bike shop since 2012 and travel across town for all my servicing and purchasing needs.

A big shout out to Kris for his service. I'm from Whangarei and went down to participate in my first Aquabike Event. Cycle Obsession was set up at the Multisport Fest and I was in desperate need for some tyre levers. While they didn't have any on site to sell, Kris opens up his tool box and provides me with his own set. Legend mate. While I couldn't stay to visit the shop after the event I'll definitely be down again to pop in and support the business. Thanks for the peace of mind while I got to participate at the event.
