This shop is great! I had my eye on a certain bike and was easy for them to hold it for me until I paid it off. Unfortunately personal health became an issue for me and there was no problem for them to reimburse my money. I loved the fact they were so accommodating. I fully recommend Bike Sale, they have a great selection of bikes with the friendliest and most helpful staff ever! AAA+++

Had a wee issue (which happens from time to time). Wrote an email to the owner and found they were very understanding, accommodating and sorted everything out promptly and professionally. So now I'm just another happy customer and my son loves his new bike.

We were in Taupo for the cycle challenge and our friend Daryl from Christchurch needed to find a road bike to borrow as he discovered a crack in the frame of his bike which deemed it unsafe to ride.We went and saw Paul who was absolutely AMAZING. He not only found us a friend's bike to borrow, he also changed over parts from Daryl's bike on to the borrowed bike and did a bike fit for Daryl. He went above and beyond, you don't get service like that much anymore!Highly recommend you go visit this bike store when in Taupo, it's the BEST! Awesome people at this store, will definitely be back!

Amazing experience with Bike Sale. Troy was very responsive on the chat option on the site; helping with choosing the right bike. Delivery was not an issue either. Bike chosen was a 'deliver in person' brand and Bike Sale were incredibly accommodating in delivery time so that it wouldn't be seen by prying 9yo eyes and also ready for the big day even though we are in Tauranga. Will definitely be back for any further bike needs.

I live in Tauranga and ordered a bike for delivery. The communication between myself and the store was second to none. Prior to ordering all of my questions were answered immediately and I was kept updated after ordering. I received a call on Saturday to say that the bike was on its way from Taupo and would be there that afternoon. The bike was dropped off by a lovely staff member, all fully built and good to go. Absolutely brilliant service. Thank you team.

Great service, simple website and ordering process as well as fast delivery. Like Torpedo7 was 15 years ago, before they we're bought out and turned into a mess! Please don't change :)
