I needed a hair cut on a recent trip to Tauranga and walked into The Hair Hut. Luckily they were able to fit me in. My hairdresser was Donna and she was friendly and relaxed. She asked me what I would like and gave me an improved version of what I'd asked for. I left well pleased with the cut and will be back when next in Tauranga.

Walk in appointment and fast haircut (15 minutes), but expensive and worst haircut I've ever had - the next hairdresser I saw (4 weeks later) was horrified at the damage.

Went in for a cut, ended up spending a lot of time on a cut in a completely different style and way shorter than what I asked for. Had to get it fixed up at another salon because it looked terrible. The hairdresser was stressed the whole time, which made me feel stressed, she completely ignored my requests and then overcharged me. Never going back here.
