Went in for a free hearing check. The lady on reception was lovely and accommodating and was happy to help me figure out a time that suits my work schedule. When I got to the appointment after signing the forms I was taken in straight away, the man was very friendly and went through everything with me. He then explained my results thoroughly and what my options were. After the appointment the technician that helped me walked me out and the receptionist was very friendly. Definitely recommending to anyone I know that needs it, if you are tossing up if you should come here or not definitely do! They look after you and make you feel welcomed

Mobility parking very nearby, pleasant atmosphere, patient kindly audiologist with clear explanation including the client who has dementia. He was never pushy. Yet to complete the job i.e. collect and fit the hearing aids, but so far, very impressed. (Written by wife of client.)
