Can't fault them.Had rear panel and chrome damage after an accident in my cadillac.It was a big deal to me leaving it with someone trustworthy over the two months it was there.Communication between myself, the insurers and naenae panel beaters really was 2nd to none and the results spoke for themselves when I picked the vehicle up.Thanks so much for looking after her guys :)

Great service , helped with a rust repair that was recommended on a VTNZ pre purchase report for my 1996 Toyota Celica. Was done for a good price and pretty quickly too. Will come back in the future for my painting needs.

Excellent service from Jacinda and the team. On a limited budget, I needed a chunk of rust cut out of my car door and also a structural piece under the hood. Jacinda tried to source me a spare door in an effort to reduce the cost; we didn't have any luck with that but I was so appreciative that she took the time to try to help me out. The team did a great job cutting out the rust and fixing everything for me within budget, and my car passed its WOF no problems at all. I came away feeling happy that I had been charged very fairly, I highly recommend Naenae panelbeaters and would definitely use them again.

Much quicker to have the work done than other panel-beaters in Lower Hutt. The repair was done in three days the week after the damage was assessed. Can't fault the workmanship. Recommended.

Unprofessional service. Came in to enquire about a panel beaters report to pass a WoF. Was told that the very minimal damage would need repairing and I would be looking at atleast a grand. So I left and sought a 2nd opinion from another panel beater who disagreed, said the damage is only superficial and has not compromised inner structual panels therefore does not require repair for a WoF, and they filled in a panelbeaters report for me free of charge! Now that is good service. Glad I sought a 2nd opinion, l feel as if that was an attempt to rip me off $1000!!!! Disgusting. Definitely would not recommend or return.
