If I could give a 0 I would. Don’t know where to even begin with this company. They knocked on our door a number of years back saying our roof needed work. I swear to god I should have shut the door after saying no thankyou!!!! Work started and stopped so many times. Workers didn’t turn up… one ended up in jail, a huge mess was made with spraying, all over the windows and heat pump that I had to ask to be cleaned up. The leaks in the roof carried on after the work was complete and they had to keep coming back. Their excuse was…. Do you know how hard it is to find a leak??? Seriously I paid how many thousands to you because you said it was fixable??? Roof was still under its 10 year warranty and they just didn’t bother answering my messages or made up excuses of no staff!!! Now we are having to pay out $30,000 for a new roof. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ON THIS COMPANY!!!!

Promax have reroofed a couple of houses for us and we cannot speak highly enough of them. Everyone at Promax has been very friendly and very professional. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

We had our roof worked on . 94 tiles replaced and the hole roof repainted . The first big leck was from a bunch of tiles fulling off and another from the tiles being layed and punching a hole in a flashing filling the roof with water and roting the timber . They bent all the rain gutters out but blamed that on the scaffolders . We had to ring repeatedly to get them just to come and see the problems. They told us it would take three weeks but they started and stopped and charged us more from having the scaffold up for longer all because he was sick or so he said. I recommend never ever to use these guys . This started costing 5000 and will cost atlest another 10000 to fix it

If I could give 0 stars I would. A job that was meant to take about 3 weeks ended up taking over 2 months and even then I told them not to come back I would finish it. Now where to start, we got our roof sprayed and at first I was happy but then all the problems started. The guy who sprayed our roof left a bag of paint up there and it ended up going all over the roof, our deck and house and it took them over 2 weeks to clean and even then still didn't clean it all. The roof has runs and you can still see some white paint on our green roof. We had lots of other problems that took ages to fix or I ended up doing myself as they were taking to long or just weren't doing. It took them over a month to replace a light which they broke twice and both times didn't tell us. They would have to be one of the worst companies to deal with. The sales man Alex(who will just make excuses and take no responsibility and just blame everyone else) will tell you one thing then the boss Warren will say another. It took me going into there offices and saying they need to get back to fix or I would be getting another company to complete at there cost. Now they came to us looking for work then when I was asking them to come and fix/complete the job I was told they were busy as they had to much work on and would get there when they could. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Looking for service? No need to give any consideration to this company. They must be drowning in money because they simply do not answer the phone, emails or quote requests. If it's that bloody difficult to connect we can only imagine the shabby work provided. Or even worse, if you need to get a hold of them on a guarantee?

Very impressed with our Promax Roof Coating. Roof looks brand new, but more than that, the coating feels substantial and durable.
