What an excellent company to deal with. From the outset Heatport in Cheviot has been an efficient and friendly company to deal with. Their products are first class and the installation process carried out by Thomas could not be faulted.We had one very small issue which was a controller placement and not an equipment fault and this was rectified at no cost to us. Heatport have done a fantastic job of de-mystifying the dark arts of the RV diesel heater. Their thorough website information, very helpful email support and high quality heater components have given us a vast improvement in our heating user experience.

Absolutely brilliant. We live full time in our 8m caravan, which already has heater at the front. Trouble is, it doesn’t heat the bathroom at the back.I called Pango at Heatport and booked in for a no obligation consultation. He spent two hours working through all the options and even set up a test rig to make sure the pump would push the fuel 8m from our existing tank at the front of the caravan to the preferred location of the new heater at the back. It did!With everything agreed, he started the install, which turned out to be more complex than we thought. Pango worked through the issues really carefully and made sure we had all the information we needed before we made any decisions. Because it took longer than we thought, he even let us stay in the van outside his place overnight.The finished job is incredibly clean and the heater is awesome. Really impressed and would certainly recommend Heatport to others.

We were very grateful you could see us so quickly, as each day is precious on holiday. Being able to park the motorhome at your base, and still use it as our base was a blessing. We were extremely relieved to have the old burnt out ducting and dangerous components of the previous installation replaced. Very surprised to learn that diesel heating is not regulated, particularly as a careless instal can cost lives. We are both extremely happy with our new heater. We had a very clear understanding of the total installation as Pango informed us every step of the way. Oh and cozy and warm.

Our company does lot of installations of diesel heaters into the RVs and we have had in our hands most of the major german brands you can get and also the cheap brands imported from overseas including the smaller brands available in NZ which has all turned just as locally rebranded heaters all assembled in China - with practically no real support no matter how long warranty the local suppliers boasted themselves.Heatport (previously known as LF Bros) has been as mercy from the heaven. They are the only brand who assemble the product directly in New Zealand. The quality of all individual components, and documentation is just astonishing - something we have been used just on the german brands with $3000-4000 price tag. What more: the quality of packaging, all the assorted bags with the smallest tiny installation material that makes the installation easier and the fact that the supplier is able to provide you fully customisable part list is something we have not experienced anywhere else. With any others, there was always something missing.Thanks to their huge physical stock of individual components located in Canterbury, they are able to supply practically any accessories or replacement parts with lightning speed.Servicing of other brands would mean usually weeks of waiting for parts due to international shipping (if you were lucky) or dealing with staff that has zero knowledge about this products and provide you no support at the moment when the things turn bad.We have visited the facility of Heatport in Duvauchelle and saw the assembly and quality check in action. They really care about every single detail and the expertise in understanding this product makes me confident that they really know what they are doing.Well done

I found the customer service very helpfull, for when i purchased the HeatPort H2000 12V unit, and new wiring loom and controller for that unit, as i was replacing my old chinease unit and wiring loom. As i live in the outer Auckland, they couried my items with in a couple of days and arrived all good. The Heater and controller work very well. I would recomend them 100% for service and products.

Background: My wife grows Orchids, and we heated the glasshouse using electrical heater/blowers. This was not suitable with the heavy frosts we get. It was suggested we look at using a diesel heater. I approached HeatPort and spoke to Pango who made some suggestions. After some thought I made a trip to their business and sat down with Pango who spent a lot of time understanding our need. He then proceeded to help me devise a solution. This we proceeded with, and I installed the heater as agreed. All the way through this exercise Pango was always ready to provide advice and guidance. The outcome is a Orchid house that never goes below 5 degrees (C) even with a -4 degree (C) frost (as we had today). We are very happy with the solution HeatPort provided us. Highly recommend them. The staff and service was brilliant. Had my heater installed in a timely manner. Offered me the use of a car as they are out of the lively settlement of Cheviot. Now I am lovely and warm.Thank you
