Tenacious͏ effort with sale of our difficult to sell beachside propertySue came highly recommended by an agent friend of mine , after I explained we had already had , the property on and off the market for a year or 2 without success . He explained she would never let up until we got a satisfactory sale .And this is exactly what happened . Sue is highly professional , highly motivated , listens and never gives up , even with a difficult property like ours was . I wouldn't hesitate to use her for our next property sale .
