I was in a predicament with two flat tires on my car. They sent out someone to my place within 20 minutes of me ringing, put my spare on for me, and got me a second hand tire all for $120. The guy that came out was really professional and understanding and even worked overtime to get it all sorted for me. Great service!

Worst customer experience ever. I had booked car in days before for new tyres. Dropped it off, got a call an hour later saying they didn't have the tyres. I said I was going away for Easter so what other options did they have, Andy said he'd call back and didn't. Went to pick car up and it was up on blocks. Asked to have it taken down. They took car off blocks and told me to drive it off the stand. I drove down road and wondered what was rattling in back seat. They had taken wheel cover off my spare tyre and not put it back on. Had to drive back to Andy Harpers and ask them to put it back on. First guy said it was broken. Second guy managed to put it back on. Hours wasted: 2. Long weekend approaching and still need to 2 new tyres. DO NOT recommend.

SERVICE!!! Team went out of their way to find tyres for my Ute that were not available in Auckland. Was an urgent replacement as we were travelling through. Great team, great service you can tell a business that operates with a good culture!

They found a defect with a wheel when changing tyres, but continued with alignment without contacting first. Otherwise, decent, quick, friendly service.

Chris was Amazing, had a loan tyre for me until a replacement tyre could be ordered in. I work in TV News so I need to be on the road, Chris changed the tyre right away and got me back on the road on a busy Friday. The lady in reception was lovely too. Fantastic service, awesome tyre centre.
