Two agents who thought they were meeting at another address (presumably because they can’t read) trespassed on my property without being accompanied and tried to enter my house through several doors/windows. Absolute scum behaviour; they deliberately ignore their own real estate code which says they must be with an owner or given explicit permission to enter. Presumably planned to steal whatever they could from what they thought was a deceased estate. Don’t trust these agents, who according to the police “think they are a law unto themselves.”

Martin Wilkie sold us a broken spa and wont pay for it to be fixed $174 even though it was a condition of the sale of his house to us.He wants us to use a lawyer to get him to pay.Very unprofessional and deceitful. I will never use this firm or recommend Martin Wilkie who in my opinion is a crook!!
