Kerry here ... we have recently purchased 2 new Black ATB-L e-bikes from the North Shore branch of electrify nz. On the same day we went for a ride from Greenhithe to Hobsonville Point and back.We were very impressed with the performance of the bikes especially on the return leg up the long climb across the Greenhithe bridge up to Tauhinu Rd ... it was if the hill wasn't there!We especially wish to acknowledge the assistance & patience of James who made the whole experience of dealing with electrify nz an absolute pleasure.Based on this experience we would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking of buying an e-bike to go down to your local electrify nz store first before looking elsewhere.Kerry Gayfer

I felt welcome and under no obligation to buy when I test rode a bike I liked on their really cool website. Any questions I had were answered straight away..these people KNOW their e bikes! lols. I purchased my bike, and they customised it to fit me, and it comes with a free service in 6 weeks..yay! And I also got a great price on a bike lock. For a small business, the team look after you in a BIG way. I am really happy with the service and can truly recommend other's looking for a new e-bike to go see the team at Electrify NZ North Shore. Thanks James for amazing service: knowledgeable and professional listening to our wants and needs, offering advice on several options and helped us eliminate to choose our final bikes which we are delighted with. Very handy being close to the cycle path for test rides, better than shop car parks as we had to at other bike shops. The after sales service is there too.

I have just bought a new e-bike from Electrify and I'm thrilled. The staff at the Albany store were superb. When I first visited them, James showed me the bikes available, explained all the features and answered all my questions Last weekend I went to collect the bike. I'm not sure of the name of the staff member, but he is English and was so helpful. The big plus was he helped me get the bike onto the rack on my car which I was a bit concerned about doing.Overall, I would recommend this business for anyone wanting help and advice on buying an e-bike.
