Jaci offered superb customer service to me when I reached out recently to see if she could create four big candles in a specific shade of purple/pink I was after for my wedding. She was efficient and an excellent communicator, delivered an exceptional product, and was delightfully friendly and warm. The French Vanilla is absolutely Devine. Best smelling candle I have owned and the glass jars make a cute little decor addition.
