I had a really bad experience with these guys. It took my days to contact them, they never answered their phone so I left messages asking them to please contact me AFTER 4.30pm. They either never got back to me (even in the 1 working day time frame) or call me at a time I couldn't answer my phone because I was working. I get being busy but even an email stating they can't do that would have been fine. Then there's a real issue, I finally got in contact with them and asked to make an appointment with a lawyer for some legal advice. She took down notes of why I needed one etc. Chucked me on hold for a while then came back and said yeah we can't help you

This was a environment where I was heard, as much as it was and is up-setting to have been there. I thank the lawyers for there compassion to hearing me out, someone to talk to as the small, yet expensive incident has not had my side of the story.

The young man that I felt with at this establishment was very professional, friendly knowledgable and helpful, with every question that I had.Explaining everything that I needed to know, in easily understood terms that will assist me with proceeding forward, with confidence.

Basically did nothing to help me with matters concerning our familiy home thats been in the family for the last 50 years - gave me a list of Legal aid lawyers - most of them diddnt want to know the situation either. I guess when you don't talk money, they aren't interested - bottom line. Or if they cant get anything out of it - BYE - that is what I got.

Excellent service. Recommended for sure.
