Love this shop and what they have instore. Fabulous service from everyone down here. Got to love family owned and run small businesses.

I couldn't recommend this store any more highly! My partner and I spent all day (literally all day) working with Robyn while she assisted us with a sewing project that was well above our talents. She sorted us from beginning to end and never lost her positivity, helpfulness, friendly attitude, and her willingness to show us new stitches/techniques or to remind us again of what she had kindly shown us earlier in the day. She encouraged us all day and helped out when necessary. She has truly found her calling in life and that is evident from the moment you enter the store. She, along with the other employees, the machines available for hourly hire, the products available in her store, and even the other customers are just a winning combination in every single way. Whatever your sewing needs are, this is definitely the place to sort it out!

The ladies at Bernina are always friendly and helpful. It's my go to store for sewing needs.

I am very appreciative of the helpful way Adrienne and Robin assisted me in making a decision on a machine to purchase. Their knowledge, warmth, friendliness, and sheer sense of fun made the whole experience great. I am looking forward to joining some classes to learn how to use my machine. A superb crew, including the embroidery class members, we were also able to meet.

They have a great range of machines for sale aswel as fabric, thread, sewing tools and accessories. Affordable prices :)

We came back for the second time to rent a sewing machine on location to make curtains for our campervan. Everybody working at this place is super passionate and was welcoming to us. We felt is was (again) such a fun experience to make our curtains here. Thank you so much for your wonderful help and all the best!

What an amazing woman! Myself and my partner saw another Google review for this shop where another couple had made curtains for their camper so we went in to enquire about a slightly larger project of making 3 squabs for our camper...This is when we met Robyn (store owner), who without-a-doubt was the most courteous, kind, welcoming and talented woman we could have had the good fortune of meeting! Not only did she let us borrow her sewing machine all day (even before the store had officially opened), but she always taught us how to use it, stitching techniques and the enormity of the task that we had undertaken. We then went off for a lunch break and once we’d returned she’d even bloomin’ made one of the squabs!! Her passion and good heart never divered & she kept us going all day. Couldn’t recommend this store and person any higher!Thank you Robyn!!!

I never thought I would give such a poor review considering I have shopped here since I was a teen but with their latest move and removal of all there specialized crossstitching and embroidery items I'm so disappointed. Especially the fact they were sold to a Lotto Shop!!??No help is offered any more and the products are a shambles. Why wasn't it sold to another sewing/knitting shop???
