Please be careful when you do online order. Their system can automatically repeat or even triple your order. You will hardly get your money back. They are always telling we cannot reach nz post to return a product we sent. Even they acknowledge their mistake they are not willing to refund. It’s disgusting. Just would like to make you aware about it. My partner is this situation for a week and still cannot get a refund.

Went to buy a vape coil and a disposable. I paid and they didn't show me the coil until after I had paid. Was the wrong one. the coil was twice the price of the usual coil I get. Said they did show me the coil and pointed behind the counter and computer. Asked for a refund as they didn't have the right coil. They said no. Said we could go try it in our vape to see if it the right one. Then said if we open it we can't swap or return. Said they had a no return policy.Had to swap the coil to a second disposable that we didn't want in the first place.

I couldn't find the store, got disgruntled and left. Either get more signs or change google so it no longer shows you have a store there. I am usually impressed with your service VAPO but today I am going to Shoshsa.
