Every time I shop here I get fantastic service and a great price. It always surprises me how this retailer can trump the big names like Noel Leeming and The Warehouse and that's why I keep going back. It's so nice to be treated like a valued customer. Full marks to the staff and management.

Be clear about what you want to buy here. I purchased a fridge instore. The next day I was told, over the phone, the fridge I'd purchased had something missing, so they were going to replace it with a same model (like they had my best interest at heart). However, when we later looked over the replacement fridge we found a huge scratch, the water dispenser had mould on the bottom of the water container. We felt 99.9% that it was a second-hand fridge. Caveat Emptor. Let the Buyer Beware!""
