Thank you so much! We have just moved into a new home (to us) and there was a lingering dog smell. Elite have been and thoroughly cleaned the carpets for us, and even returned (at their cost) to redo one small patch to ensure the smell is completely gone from both carpet and underlay. They also spent time testing and discussing options with us for a carpet in a separate area to that which they had quoted to do. Update: We have had our carpet assessed as being faulty and it will be replaced under warranty. Elite's service was fine and should not have damaged solution dyed nylon in this way. The poor rating is related to the communication and support experience.We've been loyal customers of Elite Carpet Cleaning, using them already at least 3 times to do our living areas. We've always been happy with the service.At our last clean we had some felt tip marks left on the carpet by the kids. Elite's team member used a strong stain remover to get it out, which worked for the felt tip. Encouraged by this result he also sprayed it on on heaps of other tiny areas where little specks of dirt hadn't come out. Unfortunately, not only did these other stains not come out, the areas sprayed have progressively lightened over the past couple of months. So now our living area is covered with upwards of 15 lightened areas. A halo of a spray mark with a small untreated stain.Elite isn't interested in a discussion around what has happened, stating any damage would have been obvious within the 48 hours I had to give them feedback. They also suggested we must have tried to self treat the stains subsequent to their service. I was surprised by their response (and subsequent lack of responding).Even if they're not interested in the damaged caused, they could at least do their best to help us understand what was used on our carpet, why it would have faded it if it was safe for Solution Dyed Nylon and whether there is anything else we can do (like rewash the carpet with water?) to prevent the fading from progressing. Would love to hear back from Elite. I'll attach photos. If our carpet is at fault then please let us know and I'll talk to the manufacturer. I find it hard to believe Elite would have willingly sprayed this everywhere if they'd have known it would fade the carpet?Edit to Add: I've added copies of our carpet contract proving our carpet is Solution Dyed Nylon. Very disappointed that you continue to insist we treated these spots ourselves :(

Great job cleaning our couch. Came up like new and elite managed to get all the staining and sticky black marks out. We have used Elite Carpet Cleaning for many years to clean out carpet in our home and rental in between tenants. Great communication and results. Always keeping us well informed about the nature of the stains if can be successfully removed and liaise with the property manager about picking up the key when organizing access to the property. Recommend to all and would only ever use elite.
