Recently I've had my lashes lifted and my brows laminated. What an amazing job. My lashes are notoriously difficult every day to get to sit nicely and since the girls got a hold of them I've had no issues. And my Brows look sensational. Who knew I could have brows that looks so full and lush without tattoos. Thanks ladies.

Had an amazing experience today with the lovely Isobel. She was extremely accommodating in many ways. The premise was clean and chic. She was very warming and made me feel so relaxed throughout. The lash lift was perfect and Isobel made me feel beautiful. I will absolutely be making any excuse to come back. Thanks so much!

Wrong address listed on the contact page on website. That is the address I followed… Called them when confused and told they relocated atleast 4 months ago. This would have been the perfect time to inform me the massage before me is running behind schedule so no need to feel rushed to get to the new location…. This didn’t happen. After the panic and rush to new location and letting them know the wrong address is listed on website I get “I don’t know why it is still showing old address” and then we sit for 20mins waiting for booking prior to wrap up.When I first enquired I mentioned I’ve recently had a mastopexy surgery so I need to avoid laying on my front. She said she will make notes for me. I also mentioned on the form when we arrived that I had surgery and need to lay on my back for the massage. No one had taken notice. I had to explain yet again when taken to the room my situation after the masseuse presumed “full body massage? I haven’t had time to check your notes”She was polite and I appreciate this, however the massage I received was so half arsed I, for the first time ever, was looking forward to the massage ending.My partner enjoyed his hot stone massage, soThank you for this, but overall the experience from beginning to end was just….. frustrating. Wouldn’t return on our next stop through palmy. Luckily the prices are reasonable.

I enjoyed back, shoulder and scalp massage service. The lady, who did the massage was brilliant. She does have a healing hand.The scalp massage was something different, which i have never experienced before. Therefore, it takes little while to get used to that type of scalp massage.Next time, if i ask her to massage my scalp with essential oil, then i will be fully happy with the scalp massage.:).She also gave me good advice in a genuinely caring manner.:).The first time i subscribed to their newsletter, and received a $25 voucher. After i used the service, Then friendly text message was sent to me, that offer $20 off any treatment in clinic for being a new client.:).With regards to the environment, The lady at the reception welcomed me in a friendly way. The massage therapist genuinely complimented on my clothes in a friendly manner. The area was very clean. They did have burning candle on the reception table.All the people i meet were genuinely good people.I felt the service was genuinely good. Which also makes it spiritually clean. Therefore, I will go there again.Thank you:). Love and Light goes to the people whom i met there.

I had a neck, shoulder and back massage and the massage itself was relaxing but the service before and after was uncomfortable. The ladies talked to me like I had no idea what a massage was and I was a 5 year old and they either didn't knock before coming into the room while I was getting changed (I was just lucky I had a towel covering me) or they knock and don't wait for a response. Overall I think I would go back and get different ladies and see if it was just those particular ladies who did that before I say I recomend or not.Update: I have been back a few times since I posted this and have had pleasant experiences every time. I don't think I've seen the same people again. I now really enjoy their services.

A lovely, tidy and clean space with friendly, experienced and helpful staff. Had a good experience with full wax and manicure. It is a pity they don't offer sns gel nails with the deluxe manicure, as standard polish takes a long time to dry and is easily scuffed or damaged in the first 2 hours. Have booked again for a 2 hour pamper package. So far, very happy with the service. Will go back again.

I have seen Brooke for many years with waxing and other services. She does a thorough job and I always leave knowing a great job has been done. Brooke also does amazingly with eye brow/lash tint and shape. Highly recommend her and other services at Isobels Medi Spa.

Mum and I had a 'couple's massage' which was absolutely lovely. Perfect amount of pressure. I went back an hour later for a reflexology session. Isobel was amazing. I kept drifting off to sleep. When I left I was so relaxed I couldn't walk properly! I will definitely be back and hopefully soon. A much needed relaxation and treatment session after too much stress.
