Worst service I ever had! I came to get help and was horrible! They said “go to seminar” what is that answer? I need to pay my taxes and I can’t just because of you. In 2 times I came for ask how to be a self employed and help and it was useless. Waste of time

Google maps mentioned the office was temporarily closed but as I needed my IRD number to start working and because the online option wasn’t working correctly I ended up going there anyway. Luckily it was open and I had a very nice and quick experience getting mi IRD number.

Waste of time calling to speak to a human, answer phone always says too busy & then cuts off.Sent an email & the response said they endeavor to answer my request within 15 working days!That's a '0' for customer service.Management scimping on staff levels & no doubt putting those that are working there under so much pressure they don't last long.

Shocking service! 1 star because I'm kind. I was on hold for 20 minutes, someone answer the phone and tell me that they can't help because they haven't been trained. Then they put me on hold again for another 20 minutes and then cut me off. Tried to call them again, the answer machine ask 100 questions and says that they are to busy and can't pick up the phone. Shame on you!
