My printer stopped working. The error messages gave me no clue what to do and google provided lots of guidance, none of which seemed relevant and very little understandable. I gave Ian permission to remotely access my computer and he ran a series of tests to isolate the problem. Once the problem was found he explained what was necessary for the fix. Problem solved, thanks Ian.

I was in a bind as had left my charger for my laptop at home and while in Twizel the battery had run out and I gave Ian a call to see if he could help me out which he was more than happy too and allowed me to get some important work done so very appreciative of his help
