I didn't want to leave this review as I felt guilty because I know it's tough for business currently but I felt that I should considering I reached out to the company and was told that it was my body not agreeing with the masseuse hands.We went for a couples massage. First time away from our baby in months so was super excited until the massage started. My masseuse who apparently has 30 years experience performed what I would consider to not be a massage. I have experience Balinese massage on many occasions and have travelled to Indonesia so I usually love the style. This was extremely erratic, rushed, areas completely missed and forgotten. It was almost as if though the masseuse was in a rush with the other masseuse. There was about 15 minutes of touching my back at random points through a towel without any actual massage. She completely missed most of my legs. I have multiple knots in my back and not a single one was found. There was rustling of paper towels every time she touched my neck and my shoulders only got massaged when I was laying on my back which was awkward and uncomfortable. All in all it was a very weird experience. I thought I was being punkd.My partner said that his was ok.I messaged the owner to let her know of our experience and she basically said it was because my body didnt react to the hands of the masseuse and it couldn't be her fault because she has 30 years experience. I'd be very concerned if she had 30 years experience. I get a better massage when I badger my partner at home.

Booked a massage a few days before going and was really excited about it, but the time we got there the place had double booked our time. Was a bit sad since we planned the whole long weekend around the massage (including sport times etc) and we weren’t offered any compensation. :(

Booked last minute with a friend, amazing service that made us feel extremely relaxed. We were able to be in the same room together and both have sensitive skin and were extremely happy with the facial and massage service we received. Definitely planning on booking again! Amazing package deals

Excellent service. Thank you to the lady who massaged me. My right shoulder was aching for a few days but I did not mention it to her but I feel like she knew that something was wrong there and she focused on that area. It was also very relaxing. I will definitely be back here again.

Not a very good experience. The guy had no idea what he was doing. Literally went over the same spots! Also had very small weak hands, which I thought may have been a young lady until I asked for more pressure and was surprised by a deep OK" to which the pressure remained the same. Went in for a couples massage which my partner enjoyed

Booked in for a couples pamper package (massage and facial). It was exceptional value for money and the most relaxing massage we have ever had. Totally recommend and will be back again.

We had a couple massage, it was very average, i tried to point out sore spots but she didn't understand, way too much oil and the neck massage was uncomfortable , the best part was the back and shoulders which was good, she was quite older so i expected her to know a bit more than she did, i would not rush back, very dirty carpets. Husband had similar experience.

I have been here twice now and both times have been amazing! Me and my bf booked in tonight and left feeling satisfied. The ladies there are very professional, have great technique and communication was really good. We will definitely be back. Thank you 10/10 recommend
