Left message to be called back to get my Ranger Serviced.No reply or response for a week.Had to then follow up to arrange booking.When Ranger was getting serviced itself no issues with that at all.That part was fast, prompt and efficient.

The team at SAM Botany were amazing. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle, WOF compliant. A special thank you to Joe and Steve for going the extra mile, looking after me, ordering the part and booking my car in to be fitted so promptly. To the polite young man who fitted the parts, you are a credit to your employer and whānau.

Service was good and staff friendly. Only concern is my vehicle exterior appears to have been wiped down with a cloth. I'd prefer it left dirty rather than a half complete wipe down which could also damage my paint. Wash it or leave it. Thanks

As always, excellent service! They even changed the battery on my key fob, that and everything else free of charge under the new car service. Mazda, you have my loyalty and, I am 95% sure, my next vehicle will also be a Mazda. Keep up the great work and thanks for the great 30,000km service.

Not picking up phone ringing reflects badly on customer service. This has recently happened at least twice. When I went to your Botany site, enough staff were around!!. Other thing not consistent is not everytime customet would receive a text or call that car is ready to pick up. Again an area of concerning.

I have confirmed to made an appointment to fully check and changed engine oil, WOF in my car at 08:00 in the morning. The staff said that the process around 4 to 5 hours . When I came back to take my car. I found my car stopped outside of the garage, waiting to fix it. Unfortunately, it resulted to spend 6.5 hours to complete this annual inspection.Another problem is that my car is under 5 years warranty period but I still need to pay near $1000 Fees including labour charge.I feel that the schedule is very chaotic, there is not systematic, lowest efficiency. As a Ford owner, I didn’t feel like I was enjoying the services of a professional fleet.

Happy with the service but the customer service was non exsistent. Called multiple times but the phone was never answered, left messages that were not returned. Will not be using the botany branch for my servicing anymore
