Just had the best experience shopping here today from the moment I walked in!The attendant 'Skyla' was extremelly helpfull and made shopping for new sunnies a breeze! Left with not just sunnies but also a new Tee.Definitely reccomend and will be back next time I am in town!

I had purchased a faulty bag, Heather was brilliant at going through all the options with me. She got onto it straight away and a replacement was sent over from Australia quickly. I was very happy with the service and would definitely shop at North Beach again! Thanks Heather and team for being so helpful and friendly!! :)

Went into the store today (04.12.21)with my partner just after 11am and there was the most lovely girl on the floor. Didn't get her name but she had Strawberry blonde hair and she was so sweet and we had a good chat and really knew had to build conversations with customers. Just wanted to recognize her and her great energy in the store :)

Super helpful staff who assisted my hubby to find a suitable belt for our wedding day. The staff member had a look at his photo of his ensemble which was a secret from me at the time and helped him find a great one. He very happily wore this on the day. Great customer service!
