Local Doctors - Kolmar Road

Do NOT come to local drs if you have a health condition or actually want help. I was ignored for years by multiple of their drs, from Dannemora and kolmar road clinic.I ended up going to their provided counseling (starcare clinic) to help me with the mistreatment of their drs.Even the counselor was apologizing for the drs behavior, she also stated she didn't understand why they don't listen to me.Turns out i was right and have multiple things wrong.They ignored me and told me i had panic disorder , their way of fixing it was to give me 9 different anti depressants over 4 years and pump lorazapam in me. Finally i left and got a dr who listens and actually does her job.If you are going for woman's health issues please don't go there !The drs have absolutely NO knowledge when it comes to gynecological issues.One even told me i could have laparoscopic surgery on my bowels and pelvic area while i was awake.One also lied in her referral to the gynecology clinic(by not putting ANY information in the referral so it was declined. )...the clinic emailed me and asked why my Dr sent it through with no information.) Now i am left with Central sensitization syndrome for the rest of my life from these drs neglecting my health needs.I have proof of everything the drs and physiologist emails that were sent to me throughout this whole ordeal. I kept every single one.I will end with DO NOT go to Local Dr's if you are there for woman's health. They will pump pills into you and tell you to loose weight. Its there base code

Receptionist was very rude. Why work there if your going to send people away instead of helping them. First time I went the lady at the desk told me they were closing and they couldn't take in one more patient but when I got there she let another lady see a doctor. Not only that she also told me I wasn't enrolled but the day before I enrolled. Absolutely disgusted, she needs to be fired. Shes lucky I don't know her name cause I feel like calling her boss.

I arrived at 1pm to find out the doctors were on lunch which was fine. I came back at 2pm to find they didn't allow walk ins which is not what it said on the website. I was most dissappointed because I was there an hour earlier and they didn't say they weren't accepting walk ins. I've never had so much hassle like this with any other local doctor. Staff weren't accomodating at all and I will not be back!

Please get a new receptionist. Reading reviews and having experienced bad customer service today, this seems to be an ongoing issue and will keep you from building your client database. Your receptionist is rude, condescending and rushed us out of there before we even asked for help. We came in to sign up, but will no longer because the first point of contact we had was disgusting. Lack of empathy/personable skills. People come in at their most vulnerable state and if they’re greeted in that manner, I can’t imagine it’s a pleasant experience.

The Management really needs to train its receptionists in every branch. The receptionist lacks customer service skills. Probably didn't smile ever. The receptionist gave a ugly stare when I accidentally knocked off a tiny sign plate on the top of the counter even when I apologized. She was very welcoming. The ONLY doctor have 15 minutes time and don't have time to listen as other patients are waitibg. I came back without getting treated fully for my health problem.

Let me tell you an excuse if you haven’t received phone call appointments from doctor.The doctor was trying to call you but your phone was on voicemail, hahaha come on guys Grow up stop lying, put some efforts to treat people and attend them, lie is a bad thing that won’t last longer. I don’t know where they are busy because I can’t see many patients coming there because of bad services.

Waiting time is always a problem here & top of that no proper communication around the waiting time or many patients before you. I booked my appointment at 9am and reception lady mentioned your number will be 13th so went back to pick up something from as i live near by & then i call at at 9 :45 to know ghe status reception lady said hust 4 patients left before you and now its 11:30 still waiting for the doctor & i am here just to pick up my repeat thyroid prescription. .height of everything

Very bad customer service from the lady customer representative . the one with no frontline skills. Don’t need to be rude on a patient who calls for an appointment. You should have patience in health sector. These guys don’t even deserve one star. I never came across such a worst customer service in my life. Wish you guys have branch contact number other than going through customer service lady.
