Collective Hair Design

Love getting my hair cut and highlighted with Leanne. She is friendly and very talented. The salon is very nice and set out with nail polish and magazines and coffee while you wait for foils to develop. Been a client for 4 years. Can't go any where else now.

Collective Hair is fantastic! I was originally gifted a package from Grab One, and now I don't go anywhere else! The salon is beautiful, and they provide tea/coffee, magazines, nail polish and often a little treat! They are always running on time, and are more than happy to try different toners on my blonde hair. Sarah is fantastic, and always excited if I want to try something different. She will show me different products they use, but never pressures you to buy something you don't need or want. Highly recommend!

If you want a more technical coloring job for example a more dramatic balayage look with obviously lighter colored ends like an ombre but with the highlighting of a balage to bring it together more naturally this is not the right salon to go to. 1st attempt and I left with the worst cut I have ever had in my life, no highlighting around my face and, very patchy application of the Lightner and toner leaving me with patchy coloring and it was more like a highlight with folils than a balayage with the front sections of my hair forgotten about". The mission to get rebooked for them to fix it was ridiculous and they messed up my booking with my email confirmation of the date being completely different from what they had on their booking system which wasted half a day of my AL as they said they had no Saturdays available leaving me having to take AL from work to go back and get my hair fixed. After the booking mess up understandably I had had enough and wanted a refund but they still wouldn't allow this and instead pulled a Saturday booking out of thin air for me. The second session there was better consultation on how to achieve the look that I wanted and overall the cut was much cleaner and colour applied more evenly

Quite disappointed with their keratin treatment as I have done several times before for my hair and I know how long it should last and which lasted for less than a week. Called them informing about this and ironically, telling me to do blow-dry and iron on my own. Will definitely not come back!

I went here to go through a very large change in look and had a very specific look in mind. My stylist, Charleen, went above and beyond to achieve this and was very attentive to the little details. I couldn’t have had a better experience and my hair turned out more than perfect. Thank you so much again for creating such a great experience for me!

Wow what a fantastic salon. The staff are fantastic and the atmosphere was awesome. I have spent 2 years looking for a hairdresser since I moved to rolleston and finally I've found one only 10 mins down the road in Lincoln .it would have to be the best hairstyle I've had in those 2 years.They are incredibly knowledgeable and take their job seriously.Plus the conversation was great .

Really great team, very professional and friendly. I requested a refund as the coupon i had purchased through another website was not valid for my hair (the external providers fault, not collective hair design) and the staff were very understanding and helped to sort this out.

Just awesome and special thanks to Cherleen and the very friendly staff. I have done my smoothening treatment, balayage color and so happy for my new look.
