Eastern Bays Mobile Locksmiths provide quality work at a very reasonable price, and are very responsive and reliable. I recently called them when my elderly Mum had a faulty door handle/latch on her bathroom and was at risk of being trapped. Dave responded very quickly and replaced the door handle with a safe one that her arthriticky hands will have no trouble with. Mum and i are so grateful and happily recommend this service to friends and family.

Today I lost my key to my home and felt very disturbed as to how to get in. I called Eastern Bay Mobile Locksmiths and was greeted by Dave. He was absolutely wonderful. He comforted me immediately as he could hear that I was quite stressed. His manner was so lovely and he said he would come right away and was at my door very soon after. He was instantly onto the job and managed to quickly gain entry much to my relief. His manner was delightful and I highly highly commend him and his work. He absolutely made my day, my week, and I am so grateful for his comforting manner and prompt action. I have been extremely impressed by the service given to me today. It was outstanding.

Dave and Karen went above and beyond to provide both incredible care and service. Communication was exceptional, my email inquiry was responed to almost instantly, clarification sort to give me exactly what I needed (rekeying and replacement and recoding for the garage door remotes) & I was kept informed of progress. They even offered to deliver my keys to me afterward. Highly recommended!
