Chidokan Karate
You can beat it for learning discipline, core strength techniques and self defence, all wrapped up into a beautiful art steeped in history. Its the best martial arts class and team you can find and many true Karate traditions are maintained. The team have many many years experience and very accommodating to both experienced and novice students. Ages 5 and up, even parents giving it a go. Awesome!
