Portable Spas

Terrible customer service. They don't reply to any emails, cant contact them and left messages via facebook. Our spa is 1 year old and we have had nothing but problems. I would not recommend this product or this company at all. Don't go off the reviews on their website they are carefully selected and most reviews are written within a short time frame of recieving their spa.

We love it. Had for almost 2 years and run it summer and winter. Great customer service. Being able to easily move it between our front deck for summer and back deck in winter just by myself is the winner for me.

Purchased the 6 person Mono Spa last year in August, and although the spa itself has been great (although may comfortably accommodate 4 people rather than 6 as advertised), the spa bladder has been extremely poor quality. Our first one came with the spa package but after a 1 - 2 months we found it wouldn't hold air for more than 2 - 3 days and eventually would deflate over night after being pumped up. After a few calls we managed to speak to someone asking for it to be replaced under warranty only to be told the warranty for a spa bladder is only 10 days; which is ridiculous. We reluctantly paid for a new one which cost just under $100 and found the same thing happening after 1 month.The hassle we have to go through to get a new one wouldn't be worth the time for it just to happen a 3rd time.The customer service, spa bladder product and the unrealistic warranty cover it has? i would go somewhere else. Overall, poor experience all round.

Bought a Mono spa around this time last year - for a short while it was amazing, just like all the carefully selected reviews on their website say - Unfortunately, not being under cover it was exposed to some sunlight and now it looks awful and doesn't work properly less than a year down the track (the motor was replaced once within that year for another issue so should still be under warranty). Their manual states that the spas shouldn't be exposed to direct sunlight but what this really means is that they should only be set up completely under cover. Their customer service quickly becomes 'we can't do anything unless you pay more'. Super disappointing product and service for what is now just a piece of junk.
