The young man explaining the ins and outs of hearing aids available to my husband as wonderful. Free cost right up to $5000. What each of the 4 hearing aids was designed for in my husband's case.

The reception/administration lady was lovely and friendly and offered to make me a hot beverage, which was greatly appreciated since I had a morning appointment. And the Doctor or specialist I had seen was quite nice, informative and lovely to meet with due to my hearing concerns.

Had 3 appointments here. 1st cancelled 5 min before time. 2nd delayed and then late. 3rd cancelled after waiting 20min. No information given about what alternative aids were available. No accurate info on cost. Manager too busy to discuss issues. I could go on and on but if service is important to you I would recommend you try somewhere else
