Absolutely terrible service, long wait to collect car, disorganised and rude. Car had a number of issues during its use. Would not recommend, especially for the cost!

Paid extra for a premium 7 seater which was quite old and poorly maintained. The shocks were had it and the handling bordered on dangerous. There was also a hideous body odour smell that came from somewhere in the cooling system. I reported my experience to the staff but they weren't particularly interested, and didn't offer any kind of reparation for our experience, or promise to sort out the issues I experienced for the next customer.

Went well until we were charged $1000 to replace the windscreen which had cracked during our travels. I emailed several times asking for a price breakdown for the replacement and why the cost was so high, but failed to get any response from them despite them taking the money from my account. Disappointing customer service

The rental staff was very professional and nice, we were not able to use the radio or the nav system of the car because it was only in Japanese. The really annoying part was when we had redelivered the car after attempting to refill the car three time and spilled petrol out of the fuel tank,when the fuel gauge was not properly indicate. we have been charged for 20$, I found it a bit unfair.

The staff were courteous and the car was everything that we expected. It also included an umbrella, a USB adapter and a phone holder. We would definitely recommend this company over ‘Yes’ car rentals any day!

Polite and helpful staff! Easy service. The car could’ve been a bit cleaner though. Car’s windscreen was also dirty and wipers didn’t work well, so worth checking upon pickup to avoid it being a nightmare to drive when it rains.

The Toyota Yaris we got was rather new and we were a little concern if this little car could withstand the long and rough travel. To our surprise, it was able to climb slopes from Lake Tekapo, to Wanaka, to Queenstown, Milford Sound, Cromwell, Dunedin, Oamaru, Timaru and back to Christchurch. 2400km in all and still going. Torque is very powerful for fast pick ups and hits 100km/h easily. But don't expect comfort of SUV or MPV as this car is meant to be economical and practical.Staff were friendly and served by Asians who spoke fluent English. Registration and returning were a breeze! Highly recommended!

Rented a Rav4 back in January. I must say that I was impressed with the car and the service of the staff. They were very accomodating. I left my swipe tag on the car key, and they couriered back to me. I would rent a car again with these guys next time
