Matrix Security Auckland

The mall I work in should be closed at 6.30 pm every day .. But I was passing by Remuera Rd and tonight and I saw the mall open at 11.20 pm and the arlam was not working. My question Who is responsible.

Oh Georgy (the 24/7 tech we spoke to last night), I called and you saved our sanity & eardrums. Our alarm had malfunctioned and decided to start periodically going off every 15 minutes from 2am until 5am. Safe to say the neighbours weren't impressed and we where all starting to go insane. Until this magnificent man said that he could help us we had had no luck from our landlords, council, alarm company and others. They either didn't answer or refused to help because it was a rental.Georgey was his name, he came like a bright shining light in dark times. Like the hero all need in such desperate situations, it just happened he was on the other end of the phone, he didn't try to mug us off with a callout tech, he knew he could get the alarm to submit to his will. He talked us through a complicated fix while not even breaking a sweat.But you know what, Georgey... you saved our lives, we are eternally grateful. How can I send you some rum?

One of the worst mannered security guard I have ever encountered. I came out of my office at Norman bay road Mount Eden. My vehical was parked legally in our company office parking I saw one Matrix security vehicle was parked behind my vehicle and blocking my car. I saw guard came out from office beside our office. Rude guy misbehaving and show me finger and hooting. How comes in se curity company you guys employ such type anti social element. Next time if I see him I will inform media as well as police. He won't affect but Your company name will be spoiled.

Been a customer for about 12 years. Try changing your service.....Customer Service Dept in the Coy couldn't organise a pissup in a brewery.....tomorrow will be the 4th time I have called or emailed this company

I have now been work for Matrix Security for 6 month and have found the senior management and staff so supportive to do my role. I have worked for a number of other security companies but i have found matrix to be a very professional company and do support there employees were they can. Their system and procedures are one of the best I have used. I would recommend Matrix security to anyone looking for employment or looking for a company who does really care about there customers
