I have been using Stratford Autopro for 3 years now for warrants and services and have no complaints. I cannot comment as to price as I have not asked for quotes with others but it is 5 minutes walk to my house or they give me a loan car if I have somewhere to be. Recently my brakes completely failed due to a malfunction with the parking brake and although no parts were available with Toyota or generic parts, they persevered until the found something second hand which took my careless state from a possible 6 weeks to one. Like most people never happy to part with my money but this is my first breakdown since I began driving in 1980 so can't complain.

We had some poor service here we went there for the first time as our car oil was leaking he fixed the rocket seals and said he will let us know if there was something else that would he wrong with the car whilst it was there we didn't her a call we didn't yet a call we took the car backhome and the oil was still leaking we took the car back he had told us that it was the old oil a week later it was still leaking we have taken the car to another machinice and was told it needed something else

Excellent garage went above and beyond when we had a problem with our van would definitely recommend to anyone in the area that needs help, stayed open late just to make sure we could get back on the road the same day, the staff are really nice too just a good honest garage :)

Very helpful in determining and explaining the cause of a noise from the front left wheel that had developed as we were travelling around the country. Then found a quick and effective solution to get us back on the road.

The best garage ever... free checking today. I had a noise, the Guy said don't worry it's nothing bad... incredible ! Very friendly you have to go there if you have something wrong !

We had a problem with our camper van and get spontaneously help and great service. They were so friendly and saved our day! If you ever have a problem with your car, you should visit them!

We visited Stratford Auto Pro with concerns about an oil leak in our gearbox. They had a look and very honestly told us that the problem really wasn’t serious enough to warrant an expensive repair. “If it was my van, I wouldn’t do it.” Soothed our concerns AND saved us a lot of money :) Thank you!

I took my Toyota Aqua to AutoPro because a warning signal/fault code had appeared. The staff were friendly, but I found the service to be very expensive. I had to pay $374 just for a basic check or diagnostic run. Based on my experience, I don't recommend this place

Great service, polite and knowledgeable people. You don't get the air of taking you for a ride on the work done.They call you and let you know the approx cost and how long it will take.Manage expectations, manage price all in a polite and helpful way.Handy location and tidy looking work shop.Make you feel like a valued customer even if your car is older or not even a Toyota.Probably my favourite mechanic over even my local Honda Dealer.
