We went there to order flowers for a funeral. There was already a ready made bouquet there but we did not want it. So we ordered a larger funeral arrangement. We explained and showed what we wanted exactly. However when we went back to pick it up we were given the one we had already seen earlier. It looked nothing like what we ordered and we were charged extra for it too. So basically the asian lady at the store lied and overcharged us.
