Big thumbs up to Time Central. Great to discover a watch-maker and watch repairer in Rotorua who are so prompt and efficient with their service. My old watch is now running just like new. I highly recommend this firm.

Poor job done on a pocket watch they repaired for me. Replacement glass was chipped on installing and face plate had an amateur restoration done on it. Was quoted 600 as an all up price but charged 650. Would not use this business again! Not the best way to run a business! ... taking the money and running! The worst thing about dealing with them was the lack of explanation as to why yhe replacement glass was chipped!

We are lucky to have such a skilled watchmaker in NZ capable of working on any watch. Some brands in NZ require a wait of up to 3 months as their watches have to be sent overseas to be serviced. Blair, the owner of Time Central, has a very quick turnaround and stands by his work 100%. Excellent communication every step of the way.

Time Central is an excellent place to get any time - piece serviced +/- restored. High quality work from my grandmother's tiny watch to chiming mantle clock. No bargain repairs but options clear before work is started
