Do not buy a TCL TV. Like others have reported the backlight on mine failed at 3 years 11 months. As it's outside of the factory warranty by 11 months they wouldn't help at all. Even though they have obligations under the consumer gaurantees act they had no interest in discussing this. All calls to the NZ or AUS phone numbers go to the same call center in the Philippines. Eventually the retailer has organised to book in a repair themselves. Pay more for a TV that has an entity in NZ.
