What a wonderful whimsical wonderland this place is! I could have spent a good half a day here, but unfortunately had other plans for the afternoon (I did consider cancelling them, that's how awesome this place is). The owner, Wayne, is a huge part of what makes this place great. Kind, interesting and great to talk to, and reasonable in his pricing.Highly recommend if you're passing through Petone or the Hutt (and it's worth a trip from Wellington!)

Super big store with lots of cool vintage pieces. The owner is really nice and interesting person to talk to! Go there on your way to Wellington, you won’t regret it (:

I was looking forward to shopping here but was disappointed. Not disability friendly at all, with very narrow aisles and big, precarious piles of stuff. I wouldn't want to be in there in a large earthquake. The books and some other items were well organised. Most things were a mess though. I wanted to look for some clothes for my daughter but it was too difficult with piles of clothes everwhere. There were a few cool items. Vintage typewriters, transistor radios, etc. However most items were very overpriced IMO. Most of the warehouse and items couldn't be accessed which was frustrating. This has the potential to be amazing if organised properly with reasonable pricing.

After travelling the world and visiting hundreds of second hand stores, this store takes the cake!! Never have I seen such a wide range of collectables. Every item hand picked by the owner. Tens of thousands of interesting items all fairly priced given their rarity. This store has the widest range of retro clothing I’ve seen; loaded with one-of-a-kind items. If you are ever in Wellington it is well worth the drive out to Gracefield even just to experience the store.

I believe it is the Biggest vintage shop in Wellington region, the warehouse size.Once I got in, It looks like a huge museum with wide range of collections, it’s hard for the owner to display them neatly for sure.it is the place full of discoveries. I always find something make my eyes sparking time to time.Unlike any other shop, it’s an experience just to visit.Highly recommended.

Like other comments - an amazing treasure trove of anything and everything you would expect in a vintage shop. Massive warehouse that has so much stuff, it’s bursting at the seams. However, this adds to character and is most definitely a great experience visiting this place.I had my eye on about 4 items which were magnificent but unfortunately was priced incredibly high! I did find this with most items I looked at. As an example - a baseball shirt of second hand quality was $65! Can buy brand new online for $69.95. (I checked after leaving.)Owner probably needs to review prices for items likely to be found easily elsewhere, and price accordingly.Great variety and if you have the budget, is worth the trip.

An amazing emporium bursting at the seams with everything collectible you can imagine. You need a whole day to explore it fully but some areas are inaccessible. As much as I love the place, it also has its frustrations. No eftpos, which is essential in such a cashless society, so you need to pay cash or do an on the spot bank transfer using your mobile data. High prices and many things unpriced so it's guess work. The clothes are out of reach or piled on top of each other so you need to search really hard, which is very time consuming. Wayne, you are fabulous but you need to hire a professional organizer to make it easier for your customers to find things. You'll sell more!

Took awhile to get through everything but eventually found what I needed.50s attire and a couple pairs original Levi's30% off all clothing and shoes.Go and grab a deal BUT be prepared to hunt around.
