Wow what a disappointment.I have lost all faith in recruitment companies because of the lack of professionalism and failing to deliver on anything...The staff seemed friendly enough but I got screwed around from start to finish.Right from being mislead about job description to not even receiving holiday pay 3 weeks after it was signed for and requested.one huge muck up..recommend staying far away from madison.

Initial Contact was great, But soon after the interview they lost interest and have no communication again. Looks like they post generic jobs also to attract new job seekers only to add to their database but never an actual response to the job listed.

Took seven weeks to contact, ref checkedsuccessful. May have suitable wk then Madison tells me that further refereeing isneeded. Waisted 6 hours of my time. Try phoning them before 8.00 am..... hmmm.good luck jobseekers
