Pete and leka are aweosme to deal with totally honest and transparent while your pride and joy is in there hands you know it will be taken good care of and nothing but top quality work will be undertaken on your boat. Or if your race car is in there having some Fabrication work done also pete is a top notch fabricator not just on marine

As a rookie boat owner, I took my boat TMT for a service and good look over, they were honest about what they had found and were very fair on the pricing. The service and repairs were finished within a good time frame and the workmanship cannot be faulted.Pete had even messaged me a few weeks later to check if I had had a chance to take the boat out and how it all went.Keep up the good work TMT, I’ll be sticking with you for all my future servicing and repairs.

delete if not aloud but i just wanna make a review on marine tech one of the only few places in the naki to get outboards serviced / repaired ..i took my boat the there and left it with gasket kit my request was for them to change the gaskets for me . after over a week in the shop i was contacted with some very upsetting news my engine was damaged and not worth the fix along with a bill for tightening the earth cable and general look over none of that was what i asked for ...anyway i payed the bill accepted my fate took the outboard off and cried day on day not literally,as this was my first boat ever and my passion for fishing is waaayyy strong.... so left with a stuffed outboard and 2 gaskets i went against marine techs proffessional" advice and watched some youtube clips and proceded to do as i asked marine tech to do for me .motor now running like a dream and im back out on the water .... if you ask me thats pretty sad pushing outboards that are pre 90s away and calling the end of there days i almost lost out on thousands . so thanks alot MARINE TECH great service"

The service provided by Taranaki Marine is fantastic, they certainly pride themselves on their workmanship and we just couldn't be happier with how we were looked after by Pete and Lieke. They went over and beyond our expectations the communication between them and ourselves was awesome, great to have a fantastic provider like this servicing in the Naki. Our Surtees was due for another annual service and our wallet was not looking forward to it. We had also been having trouble with our windlass not playing out smoothly since purchasing (2nd hand). TMT fabricated a locker extension to allow adequate warp-to-windlass fall. Not only did the end result come out better aesthetically than I could have expected, the workmanship was A+, it didn't take long and the whole thing (including service) was cheaper than the last service we had locally!!!Real easy to deal with. I recommend Taranaki Marine Tech.

Outstanding work done on our commercial vessel. We came to Pete with our wish list, it was quoted and completed underbudget and in good time to a high standard. We will know be sending our local fleet to TMT, workmanship is excellent and the team take some pride in what they do.

Pete and the team re powered my 4.5m silver shark with a new Yamaha 60. I received the best service and workmanship in the naki, very easy and helpful to deal with the team at taranaki marine tech. All my future work will be here, very happy and highly recommend cheers!
