They do not seem to understand your order. I had to go back TWICE for them to get my order correct. Was only a bbq bacon combo and they gave me wrong order initially then gave me wrong burger...

I feel like they want to lose customers because they only accept cash at the counter. You can't download their coupons on their website. The updated app didn't work yesterday. So, we went in inside, to use their machine but couldn't upgrade to a large. We were sharing a meal, so large chips would have been nice.

Staff were rude and not trained properly. Manager was TOO BUSY to deal with complaints about order being wrong and staff not entering rewards code. When staff member went to get manager was laughing. Obviously this burgerking thinks their stuff ups are funny.

Food is as expected from a food chain, usually of acceptable quality. Never hot usually just like warm. If you're hungry it'll fill a spot however don't expect the best.

It is hard to imagine how the food was this bad. I feel like somebody must be doing it on purpose because it takes effort to provide food as cold and soggy and inedible as the food we received. Nuggets were stone cold in the middle also, fries were half full, undercooked and also stone cold. The burger was trash. I feel robbed. Literally stole my money. The only positive is that it was my husband’s first BK ever and he will never go again which is good for our diet. I understand now why the place was empty.

Real solid BK experience, would avoid during mad lunch rush because of the polytechnic across the road its gets a little overwhelmed and sometimes leads to mistakes in orders. Ample parking and seating inside the restaurant however the toilet have always been quite gross, so I'd say just had it if you can. Always has music playing so okay place to dine alone.

terrible customer service, my order didn’t process but it took my money, had to wait half an hour for them to tell me they couldn’t refund me and they made the food but at that point i couldn’t even eat it because of my medical condition requiring me to eat at a certain time or i become extremely nauseous. been going here years but will never come back.

Took awhile. Should do drive through, always faster. I do love the bbq bacon cheese burger deal. Hershey's chocolate pie is tasty as well
