I love the tofu but the sausages are awful! They are quite soft coming out of the package so I had to handle them very carefully. The outside gets sort of hard but the inside is like mush. I have even tried cutting them in half but they were still sort of soggy soft. Very gross! Not much flavour either. So disappointing. Not sure what to do with the remaining 4 to make them more edible for my omni friends who judge vegan food already.

What a wonderful product the handcrafted organic tofu. Well packed and I can read the used by date, thank you, it makes me to feel so good., because it is not stuck in an invisible corner.Reading your story on the packet gives me a safe feeling, you made my day and future optimistic.Made the tofu with quinua and crispy vegetables, nammm, tofu was easy to handle and did not crumble, came out goldenbrown on all sides in the pan.Next I will make a tofu & avocado mayonnaise with jalapeño peppers and a good olive oil and balsamic vinegar for our potato salad.Looking forward to buy Tonzy tofu againI highly recommend and suggest you to try this product.

Tonzu products really are the best. Great tempeh and organic tofu. Also enjoy their sausages on occasion - much healthier than any other versions I've seen on the market.

I bought 3 packs of tonzu double pack originalfrom pak n save albany, expires 4/sep/20, opened 1st pack, terouches ok, cooked, smells stinky, but eatable, no one in family ate but myself, 2nd pack opened, dipped in vinegar and water to get rid of smell, it didn't happen before or with other brands we bought, bit strange

The family owned business was a real enjoyable adventure. From the friendly staff to the work environment. Before I had started there. I never knew Tofu was made out of soy beans. I really enjoyed it.And now the company is growing big time.

This is the factory. No retail sales at this address, but I strongly believe Tonzu tofu, tempeh are the best in NZ.
