They always treat me with respect, demonstrate empathy and are professional. The clinic is very modern, clean, hygienic and appears to have the latest technologyIt is so convenient that they offer treatments in the evening and on the weekend.

Jane was great! She was super helpful in helping an otherwise very anxious me feel comfortable and relaxed. The job she's done is also exceptional and can't recommend anyone more than her!

First visit to Lumino Ormiston and what a great experience it was - right from the receptionist to the Dentist Jane and assistant Laura.Really nice relaxed, but very professional environment. Highly recommend if you’re feeling at all anxious about visiting a dentist.

Not a great experience. Receptionist confirmed over the phone and booked me for Invisalign consultation and advised a clean was $95. Got to the appt the next day to be told the clinic doesn't even offer Invisalign! I got the clean anyway and was in for a rude surprise when I was charged at the end. Turns out a clean is $95 every 15 minutes (which I was not advised on the phone!). When I questioned the price I was asked Do you not have enough money?" Safe to say I will not be returning. Very disappointed."

Took my mum to Dr Ken for an initial consultation regarding a sore tooth to find out what her options are.The receptionist is very warm nice and friendly and directed mum.Although the experience with Dr.Ken was not pleasant at all. My mum tried to explain a few times as to where her teeth are sore. Multiple times he kept speaking over her and displayed rude behaviour I haven’t experienced from other luminos. Mum at one point asked him ‘Can I point out where it hurts?’ To which he replied not that is not necessary’. How can you not listen to the patient in order to give a proper diagnosis. Well not surprisingly he pointed out the adjacent teeth as the tooth to be extracted, not the one with the pain.I was overhearing this conversation from the reception and was getting irritated how my mum being the patient was treated and spoken to.We paid the consultation fee and I took my mum to smile dental closer to home.I have had great experiences with other luminos. In future I will take her to other luminos but definitely not the one ormiston.

My appointment got cancelled twice in a row, so as my husband's appointment. We won't be bothered to rebook with this practice.

Dr Jane has done an amazing job helping me with my teeth. She is patient and nice to make sure I am feeling comfortable Since initial consultation. She has done such a wonderful job filling in my badly damaged teeth and make it look better than my original teeth. Jane Also gave me a lot of advice. I am feeling happy to go back to her to continue my treatment because I know that I'm well looked after.

Professional setup, welcoming receptionist but the elder dentist is quite unfriendly and rude if you don't ask the right questions, we spent $4000 over 5 months after researching online studying different practices then chose this one but unfortunately all is not what it seems, we kept going back hoping he had an off day? But no he's wired"

I went here to see the dentist first of all for 2 fillings and she was so kind and warm. Then I booked to see the hygienist at 8.30am one morning. I had to take some time off work for this appointment. I was still sitting there at 9.10am so I left. 40 minutes waiting is completely ridiculous. I asked the receptionist where the hygienist was traveling from and she said Manuwera area. I advised I had traveled from pukekohe and was on time. Even after I left I got no phone call or email from the hygienist to apologize for this so although I had great experience with dentist, I would not recommend hygienist.

BEWARE OF GOING TO THIS CLINIC. I visited Dr Ken after I was impressed that he was highly educated, turns out that he was a butcher. He's more interested in grabbing your money than fixing your teeth. Can't remove a simple crown and refers patients to specialists who charge over $2300. Not a good situation when you can't trust a doctor
