Extremely helpful team, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent range and good prices. We live just 15 mins from the Pukekohe store but travel to Albany as Puke is a terrible store with very rude staff. Highly, highly recommend Albany!!!

Do not support. Three bad experiences, will not go back. 1. Did not have the size as indicated on the shelf, so charged me to internally courier to their store. 2 The boots bought didn't even last a winter. 3. was given a voucher that expired 2021. Went in 19 Jan and they wouldn't honor it (even after the lockdowns).
