Thank you for your review, we apologise for your previous experience with artistic embroidery. Your experience helps make our service improve as we pride in our quality and customer service. Apologies for the damage however it was a chalk used for marking which has never caused any damage to any garments in our experience for the past 12 years. As it is was closer to Christmas holidays the company was working through a very busy period. Usually for walk in customers we give 3 days turn around ( so it can be done earliar it’s just an estimation towards no false hopes) and understanding we embroider for corporate clients, schools, work wears, warehouse and all industries in general, we wouldn’t be able to complete your request on the very spot unlike smaller embroidery shops you come across. Wouldn't recommend taking a blanket or towel in to get a name embroidered on as they seem clueless and as if they have never done it before as well as one of them tried to mark where to put the name on the blanket with a rock and has damaged the blanket. Lastly they said it would take 3 days where everywhere else I have previously gone to usually do it in the same day. Best to go somewhere else for that type of embroidery.

Went to get embroidery done for uniforms at this place . They have a big range of clothing, hats . Was very happy with the new uniforms. Very professional. The boss is very kind and humble person and suggested good ideas. One stop shop. Highly recommended
